My name is Tony Stange. I was born and raised in the Wausau area. I currently live in Kronenwetter, which is where my business is based. I have rode motorcycles on and off for the past 30+ years. In 2015 I bought my first Harley-Davidson, a 2008 105th Anniversary Edition Fatboy. The following year, in 2016, I traded it for a 2016 Street Glide while on a trip with friends out of state. My girlfriend, Emilee, and I have enjoyed many miles on the Street Glide and continue to put miles on.
Since 1995 I have served my country and community, starting with joining the U.S. Army after high school. My stint in the U.S. Army included a deployment to Iraq in 2004. In 2000 I began serving my local community as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT. In 2007 I was hired as a Full-Time Firefighter/EMT at Weston Fire Department. At the end of 2013 my employment came to an end, which gave me an opportunity to continue serving my community working as a Paramedic with a hospital-based transport service. In 2016, I switched gears and started work as a Board-Certified Death Investigator/Deputy Medical Examiner for Marathon County.
This year I decided to provide a unique service to the community and surrounding areas. Patriot Motorcycle Hearse Co. was born! It was a long process starting a business with no experience. Thanks to the help and support of friends and family, I was able to start this service.
I continue to serve my community in other aspects, including being a commission member of the Marathon County Veteran Service Commission, a member of the Veteran Owned Business Executive Roundtable, a member of the Wausau Forest Lodge #130 Freemasons and most recently a member of the Village of Kronenwetter Planning Commission.
